Sore Neck

Oof, it hurts. Trying to sit up without hurting my core. My upper shoulder is in pain but behaving. 

It's not agonising pain but it's irritating.

No painkillers stronger than paracetamol too.

This year is the year I am going to do my best.

I'm going to meet family and have decent socials. I will wear odd socks and not care.

I'm going to try to note everything down too.

I'm going to finish reading my books. 

I will not stress.
